DXTasteReg® technology combined with SmartAging® opens up completely new dimensions in determining the flavor of dry-aged foods. Choose your preferred taste from three possible characteristics. This has never been done before and is only available in a DRY AGER dry-aging fridge.
Thanks to HumiControl® humidity values from 40% to 90% can be set and regulated without a water connection or tank. The large parameter range allows a much wider spectrum of aging possibilities.
DX AirReg® ensures a perfect microclimate inside at all times, optimal airflow, and continuous sterilization, even with large fluctuations in ambient temperatures.
